She also spent two years as a senior manager in J Sainsbury plc setting up their home shopping operation before launching her consultancy business in 1997. Katharine works with a wide variety of colleagues on different assignments, drawing in associates with appropriate experience, depending on the needs of the client. Katharine herself sometimes works in an associate capacity with The Development Partnership, the National School of Government, 14a Ltd, Gatenby Sanderson and Saxton Bampfylde
