It is run by Katharine St John-Brooks who spent over 20 years working in central Government, principally in the DTI (now Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform) and the personal and professional development arm of the Cabinet Office (now the National School of Government).
She also spent two years as a senior manager in J Sainsbury plc setting up their home shopping operation before launching her consultancy business in 1997. While formally a sole trader, Katharine works with a wide variety of colleagues on different assignments, drawing in associates with appropriate experience, depending on the needs of the client. Katharine herself sometimes works in an associate capacity with The Development Partnership, the National School of Government, 14a Ltd and KPMG.
